Are you moving house or decorating your home? At Nuts 'n' Bolts, you can find all the paint, decorating tools and accessories you need to make your home look its best.

We are major stockists of Crown and Ronseal and hold a comprehensive range of brushes, rollers, filling knives, scrapers and bottled products such as white spirit, meths etc.

To do a good job the secret is always in the preparation

We sell sugar soap and decorating sponges for washing down, and both powder and ready mixed fillers for making good your walls, plus dust sheets and masking tape for protecting things you don’t want to paint! We have sandpaper in many different guises (pads, rolls, sheets, belts and discs) to give you a smooth and sound surface to decorate on. We stock primers by Zinsser, Ronseal and Crown to help your paint stick to wood or other awkward surfaces. We also have numerous acrylic and silicon sealants including the all-purpose decorators caulk.

Indoors

We stock Crown ready mixed emulsions in over 60 colours in standard matt and easyclean matt (30 of these colours are also available in silk). We also stock their Crafted, Kitchen and Bathroom ranges as well as the relevant match pots.

We have a paint mixing machine to give you a wider choice of colours and finishes. There are numerous ways of choosing your colour - come and browse our range of colour cards and brochures in store (and to take away) or bring a sample to be colour-matched.(See Services page)

If you’re treating wood then we stock both Ronseal quick drying varnishes and Briwax to allow the true beauty of your wood to shine through, plus gloss or satin paint if you want a solid colour.
